Pre-Conference: Idea Exchange Between Cities & Counties This panel will communicate issues that are of importance to both cities and counties, as well as identify the areas in which our local governments can work together to address these issues. Lunch will be provided for all participants, so pre-registration is required. Time 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM 9:30 AM
